You've made it all the way down to sunny Costa Rica and you don't want to miss rafting on the Rio Pacuare. This is why:
1. Unrivaled scenery - the Pacuare runs through some of the most beautiful and pristine rainforest in the country. Much of the land is reserved for indigenous people and will never be developed.
2. River rafting is FUN! It's a great opportunity to see the country from a different perspective, river level. You'll also be getting wet and working as a team both of which make you a healthy happier person, eventually.
3. The Pacuare runs through the two provinces of Limon and Cartago, neither of which are big tourist attractions. Get off the beaten path, go rafting!
